Sunshine Bay Residence

A residential apartment terrace in Visakhapatnam was experiencing persistent water seepage during the rainy season, causing damp patches on the ceilings of the top-floor flats. The Kethan Engineering team conducted a detailed inspection and identified surface cracks and deteriorated waterproofing as the main causes. The terrace was carefully prepared, cracks were sealed, and a high-performance waterproofing coating system was applied across the roof surface. The treatment successfully eliminated the leakage and restored long-term protection to the structure, ensuring the residents no longer faced seepage issues during heavy rains.

Hetro Pharmaceuticals

A pharmaceutical manufacturing facility was facing water seepage issues on the rooftop due to surface cracks and weather-related deterioration of the concrete slab.
